XRP is under downside pressure again as of August 6, as institutional demand weakens and uncertainty surrounding U.S. crypto regulation continues to weigh on investor confidence.
U.S. spot XRP ETFs recorded $3.58 million in net outflows on August 5, standing in contrast to continued demand for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) funds, just as a lack of bipartisan agreement over the CLARITY Act conbtributes to a cautious outlook.
What’s more, a stronger U.S. dollar and liquidations of leveraged long positions have likewise emerged as key factors behind the recent decline, which has forced XRP to test an important support zone between $1.05 and $1.07.
With the asset’s near-term outlook remaining relatively bearish by virtually all important metrics, we turned to the Finbold AI Agent to predict the XRP price at the end of the month based on key technical indicators.
Machine learning algorithm predicts XRP price for August 31, 2026
According to the machine learning algorhtm, XRP could trade at an average price of $1.02 on August 31, 2026, which implies a 2.86% decline from its current price of $1.05.
The XRP price prediction was the combined result of multiple large language models (LLMs), including Claude Sonnet 5, GPT-5.7 Luna, DeepSeek Chat, and Grok 4.5.
Likewise, the forecast incorporated technical indicators such as the MACD, Relative Strength Index (RSI), and Stochastic Oscillator.

Claude Opus and Grok projected XRP at $0.99 (-5.26%) and $0.97 (-6.91%), respectively, while DeepSeek issued a forecast of $1.03 (-1.67%).

A positive Senate CLARITY Act decision could become a major catalyst for XRP, in particular when it comes to ETF demand, as it would reduce regulatory uncertainty and give institutional investors greater confidence in the asset.
Of course, the impact would likely be smaller than the Bitcoin ETF launch, which attracted tens of billions of dollars, because XRP currently has a smaller institutional investor base and less established market demand.
Ripple also plans to launch the RLUSD stablecoin on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) and Ethereum, which could further strengthen the ecosystem’s utility and appeal to institutional users. At the same time, the mainstream adoption of XRPL now continues to grow as Ripple has received the Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license from Luxembourg’s Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
Individually, these factors might not be enough to generate a new decisive rally, but together, they could potentially affect XRP prices and give the asset the boost it needs to finally make a breakthrough.
