1. General Non-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services on blockchain, all completed USDT payments are final. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain and your service is activated, we cannot issue refunds because:
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible
- Digital services (portal listing, article publication) are delivered immediately upon activation
- Operational costs are incurred regardless of subsequent usage
2. Services Covered
π‘ News Portal Listings
Non-refundable. Subscription period begins immediately upon payment confirmation and portal activation.
π° Sponsored News Posts
Non-refundable once the article is submitted and processed for publication.
π Ad Slots
Non-refundable once the ad campaign has been activated and impressions have begun.
3. Exceptions β When We May Issue a Refund
We may consider a refund or service credit in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same service due to a platform error
- Service not delivered: Your portal was never activated or your article was never published due to a platform-side technical failure, and you reported it within 48 hours
- Invalid transaction: A payment was accepted but the transaction was later found to be technically invalid (not applicable to intentionally fraudulent submissions)
Refunds in these cases will be issued as a service credit to your Cryptews balance or as a direct USDT refund at our discretion.
4. Portal Deletion
If you choose to delete your news portal before its subscription expires:
- No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period
- Your payment record will be retained in our system permanently
- You may re-submit the same feed URL after the original expiry date
5. USDT Earning Balances
USDT balances earned through reading are not subject to refund requests as they represent earned rewards, not purchased services. Balances forfeited due to account suspension for abuse violations are non-recoverable.
6. How to Request a Review
If you believe you qualify for an exception under Section 3, contact us within 48 hours of the issue with:
- Your wallet address / account username
- The transaction hash of the payment in question
- A description of the issue
