Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Cryptews.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Cryptews
- Use of the Platform constitutes agreement to these Terms
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws
2. Account & Wallet
- Your Web3 wallet is your account identity. Keep your private keys secure — we cannot recover them
- Username, once set, is permanent and cannot be changed
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Accounts found abusing the reward system will be permanently banned
3. Read-to-Earn Rewards
- USDT rewards are earned by reading articles for the minimum required time
- Each article can only be earned from once per account
- The same IP address cannot earn from the same article across multiple accounts
- Rewards have no cash value outside the Platform's withdrawal system
- We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the earning program at any time
- Fraudulent or bot-assisted earning will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances
4. Payments & Fees
- All payments are made in USDT (stablecoin) on supported blockchain networks
- Payment amounts are displayed in USD equivalent at the time of transaction
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified (see Refund Policy)
- Each transaction hash can only be used once for a payment
- We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect wallet addresses or on wrong networks
5. Content & Intellectual Property
- Aggregated news content is owned by the original source publishers
- User-submitted content must be original or properly licensed
- By submitting content, you grant Cryptews a non-exclusive license to display it
- You must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
- We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to simulate reading or earn rewards fraudulently
- Create multiple accounts to exploit the earning system
- Submit false transaction hashes or attempt to bypass payment verification
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt Platform infrastructure
- Impersonate Cryptews staff or conduct scams in the name of Cryptews
7. Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed manually within 24–72 hours
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and supported networks may change
- Withdrawals to incorrect addresses are irreversible — verify carefully
- We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals pending fraud investigation
8. Disclaimers
- Cryptews aggregates third-party content — we do not endorse or verify accuracy
- Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial or investment advice
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on news content
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cryptews, IGH Group, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or business interruption.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced on the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and where necessary, binding arbitration.
