Dubai, UAE – February 4, 2026 – iBLOXX Studios has secured $5.4 million in funding to finalise development of mobile game StrayShot, a third-person shooter built with integrated blockchain features for true player ownership of in-game assets.

The studio operates with a global focus and maintains partnerships with key industry participants, including Xsolla and organizations advancing blockchain and gaming infrastructure. It has participated in leading international events and has presented StrayShot at Gamescom.

StrayShot is a mobile third-person shooter optimized for low-end devices, delivering Battle Royale, Team Deathmatch, and Extraction modes. Set in the fictional Sierra Verde region, players operate as mercenaries in direct competition with others and the El Fuego cartel. The title is currently in closed testing and incorporates blockchain technology that enables verifiable ownership, secure trading, and player-controlled transfer of select in-game assets.

The proceeds will support marketing, global distribution, live service operations, regular content updates, and ports to additional platforms including console versions.

“This funding positions us to deliver StrayShot as a live-service title that combines high-quality gameplay with genuine digital ownership for the player community,” said Domenik Maier, CEO of iBLOXX Studios.
